I AM - Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja and I make this Declaration of Claim - with accompanying Oath - for the restoration of "Ancient African Empire" and for the establishment and consolidation of - "The Global Commonwealth" - which was determined to be founded in "The Golden Age."

I make this claim on behalf of The Peoples of Planet Earth in general and in particular - "The African Peoples" - since it is upon their original ancient empire - the "seeds" of the "Global Commonwealth" - which is to usher in "The Golden Age" - is founded.

INTRODUCTION

Following the formal ceremony - some time ago - I sat at my desk and began to recount - no I'll be blunt - to prophesy ......as to the events that shall unfold on Planet Earth.

I am not concerned with "generalities" - since most of that can be "determined" - through a "careful analysis" - of historical events and recent events and if one applies a form of "Newtonian calculus" - a sure degree of certainty can be obtained.

However, modern Physicists tell us that we live in a "quantum universe" and so, that method starts to break down - even with the apparently, most obvious situations. So - this is not "calculation" - this is "Prophecy."

Again, I style it "Prophecy" - because what I shall "proclaim" - it is to most people - unbelievable!!! -

To me that in itself, marks the individual as a Prophet - a Prophet is no mere analyst - he or she must speak the "unthinkable" - "unbelievable" - so much so - that scoffers (2 Peters 3:3, KJV) - will abound and not just laugh, but deride and if permitted - spit upon him or her (Matthew 27:30, KJV.)

So this is not analysis, but "Prophecy," in its rawest sense.

PROPHECY &
THE GOLDEN AGE

What is it I prophesize?

I prophesize - that the seeds of a Golden Age - will be "seeded" - and clear shoots of growth - will be apparent by 2050.

How will one know that they are shoots of prosperity?

The answer is simple - there shall be so much "devastation" on Planet Earth - that the word "desolate" comes to mind.

Oh! - but that's easy! - I hear some scoffers say -

What?! - with the "US / Israel Iran War" - "War in Ukraine" -with the "Dismantling of the White Power Matrix" - Western Civilization -

With an American president, who regards himself, not just as Jesus - but would like to be the Pope - behaves like a 'Universal Emperor' of the World - but would like to be Messiah..... but could be some say - "The Anti-Christ"...........

To prophesize - that the world is in trouble - crisis - and shall become "Desolate"......

The scoffers say - "To prophesize - that is easy!!!"

.......Some continue - ......How can there not be such chaos on this Planet? - Oh and yes - there's China... The new apparent hegemon - and Trump's visit to China....

You see my problem?! ....

How can I answer such arguments - since there's a lot of truth in what - let me call it, the "innocent bystander" says - this is the current state of the world. World War III looms - Armageddon looms - Aliens invading planet Earth! - is looming - to simply preach doom and gloom - is no longer prophecy! It is obvious!......

So I simply state - Planet Earth will be "Desolate" and I make that statement - not with any pleasure - but so that it can stand as a 'marker' - to the "LOVE, PEACE and HAPPINESS" - which shall ensue... these are the "shoots" from the "seed," which shall be planted prior to 2050 - at the time of the "desert of desolation"... enough of that.

THE PROMISE

The promise, as I have stated above - is the "Global Commonwealth" - seeded from African Empire - how unbelievable is that?!!! - that is why I am a Prophet!

METHODOLOGY /

MY TOOLS

I have chosen my tools carefully - I am reminded of the biblical story of David and Goliath - we all remember how he slew Goliath and marvel at the accuracy of his shot! But as a school boy in Sunday school lessons - I was fascinated by what happened before, his careful choice of stones (1 Samuel 17:40, KJV.)

And so I have chosen carefully - my methodology - I use none, but my own.

1. WUKTA - this being an acronym for -

With WUKTA - I can structure the course of my argument - do I have

2. The Science Of Abstract Consciousness (TSOAC)

With TSOAC I can get close to God - without the babble of the gods.

3. 'Transc-Geopolitics'

With this I can understand how the world really words - has worked and shall until the coming of The Golden Age - continue to work.

4. "The Christan Key" - I may add there are many other religious / spiritual keys which could be selected - those Sunday school lessons - left me with no real choice.

With WUKTA - I can structure - the course of my argument - do I have 'Wisdom' - have I really understood?...

SUBJECT MATTER

The subject matter is planet Earth and using "The Science Of Abstract Consciousness" - like the young David selecting stones - I shall select the following 'elements' / 'terms.' The 'element' / 'term' I select - is 'Empire.' (The SOTI initiate / student of The Science Of Abstract Consciousness - will be able to determine for themselves, the appropriateness of this 'element' / 'term' - treat as an exercise.) I shall say no more about how I apply The Science Of Abstract Consciousness...

3RD CENTURY BC EMPIRES

In the 3rd Century BC - there were four great powers. Just as there are great powers today - one can name them.

What are the great powers of today? They are China - the US / The West (Rome) - Russia and there are other, what are known as middle ranking powers. But where is the African Power? - the Black Power?! - It apparently does not exist. But ask any scientist about the law of Thermodynamics or the Quantum Multiverse and they will tell you - that energy, its extent and power - remains constant. So - where is that Black Energy - Black Power? It has not disappeared - it has dissipated...

The image of Baphomet - that iconic image of the occultists - often associated with the dark Occultists - Magician - Sorcerer... I shall break off for a moment now. This is for the benefit of those who have not read any of my previous writings - I am using my own system - 'Transc-Geopolitics' - which enables me to consider "equally" and without prejudice" - any deductively logical system. The magic of the Occultist - belongs to a deductively logical system. Not all can do it and certainly reproduce effects that are repeatable - which is why it fails as a science... a science as described by modern man.

So to the image of Baphomet - it demonstrates - that there are two forces - the "dissipative" - and the "coagulative" - it would appear that the "black force" - the "black power" - has dissipated - but not disappeared.

The 3rd Century BC - the great powers were Rome, China, Persia, Axsum. We can see today, the presence of that energy - in modern China. We can see today - the presence of that energy of Rome in modern America - Europe - Rome (Vatican) - Persia. We can see today,the presence of that energy in Iran and its satellite structures, or proxys - Sunni Islam. But what of that Fourth Great Power - what of Axsum, which was situated in Africa? Where has that energy gone? This is the starting point for a 'Transc-Geopolitical Analyst' - as he or she surveys the Planet - geopolitically - considering the effects of modern Global Politics - International Relations - World Affairs - but where is that Black energy - where has it gone? How can any geopolitical analyst, properly consider - Geopolitics - or Global Politics - if there is not at least some understanding as to where that "Black Energy" has gone!

History shows us quite simply - that the continent of Africa was ravaged and its Peoples suffered heinous unspeakable crimes of slavery for centuries - followed by imperialism - colonialism - neo-colonialism - western rules based hypocritical international world order... Africans - do not despair... it may have dissipated, but it has not gone - it is set to return! - It shall be here recognisably. So - by 2050 - for it is the force - the "seed" - which shall push through shoots and shall bear fruit - as the Global Commonwealth of mankind. And shall be termed and known as the Golden Age of mankind (circa 2050, 3050 - the 1000 year day of our Lord.)

CONCLUSION

I have used my WUKTA - The Science Of Abstract Consciousness - 'Transc-Geopolitics' and "The Christian Key. " With regards to The Science Of Abstract Consciousness - for non SOTI initiates - in relation to The Science Of Abstract Consciousness - I used the "Four Universals."

In subsequent events, I shall detail how this 'element' / 'term' - 'Empire' and in particular the Axsumite Empire, its energy is to manifest. Let me make it clear - that it is not only this energy of the black power, that shall be referred to as an 'element' / 'term,' in subsequent events. I shall refer to the 'element' / 'term' of Ancient Egypt, its relevant black pharaohs - and in particular, the 25th dynasty - and the relationship of the black pharaonic energy / power - with that of Axsum - how this all relates not only in terms of geopolitics - but Global Politics, International Relations - World Affairs - as we see it being expressed in Sudan - Islam and Jihadism in Africa - Nation State insecurity in Africa, for a recent example - Mali - The Congo - Three Decades at war - and other African states... Axsum and the 25th Dynasty of Egypt - I regard as the core of African black power - which has been dissipated - not currently expressed and will therefore through the lens of Modern Pan-Africanism - have the generating power needed to "seed" a "New Civilization Within A Generation" - the "Global Commonwealth."
